Last week's blog post, "To New York, With Wings On," caught a snag. The irony of the mistake is humorous. Here's the excerpt:

"Jay Haas, Jason Gore, Tom Kite, Michelle Wie, Carlos Franco, Notah Begay, Brad Faxon, Joe OgilvieGeoff Ogilvy, Aaron Baddeley, Jesper Parnevik, Trevor Immelman, and Peter Lonard were some of the golfers that failed to qualify."

Apparently, Geoff Ogilvy DID qualify for the U.S. Open. Like many people, I confused Joe for Geoff. I'll never make that mistake again. Apologies to Geoff and Joe.
